The challenge is that the quarterly documents live in a place most families would never find on their own, and the raw report titles do not tell you how to use the information once you get there.
New York’s adult care facility “Dear Administrator Letters” page publicly lists multiple quarterly statistical information reports. The current page includes first-, second-, third-, and fourth-quarter 2025 reporting, which is exactly the kind of recurring state material families can use to check whether the state is publishing regular operational snapshots.
Why the quarterly reports matter
Most state assisted-living pages are static. New York’s quarterly reporting gives families a more regular window into the adult care facility system. That does not mean every PDF is instantly easy to read. It means the state is at least producing a repeat trail worth following.
